My aim is to create portraits that capture the personality of the subject. I enjoy intricate scenes but am equally happy to paint a plain background. Plain backgrounds can often enhance a pet portrait. We can also choose a colour that would compliment your decor. 

I work from photographs to achieve a realistic but painterly look. There can be no mistake this is a painting, not merely a reproduction of a photograph.
